Anheuser-Busch Inbev has reported significantly reduced fourth quarter profits, following the merger of the Belgian and American brewing heavyweights.
The profits were 41% down on the same period in the previous year due to the integration costs surrounding the $52 billion takeover, and poor beer sales.
